By using Branova Reach you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to act for your business.
2. Acceptable use & consent
You may only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and you must honour opt-outs. You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the rules of each messaging provider and regulator, including Meta's WhatsApp Business policies and, for SMS in India, TRAI's DLT regulations.
3. Your provider accounts & charges
Reach sends messages through WhatsApp, email, SMS and RCS accounts that you own and connect. Those providers bill you directly for messages, under their own terms. Branova is not responsible for provider charges, template rejections, sender blocks or account restrictions imposed by a provider.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of your contacts, messages and everything in them. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process them to run the service. AI-written drafts are suggestions; you are responsible for checking a message before you send it.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed via Razorpay per the pricing shown in-app. See our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that send spam or otherwise violate these terms.
