Privacy Policy

Branova Reach ("we", "us") is part of the Branova Business Suite. Reach lets a business send WhatsApp, email, SMS and RCS messages to its own customers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: your name, email and business details when you sign up.
- Contact data you upload: the names, phone numbers, email addresses, tags, notes and status of your customers and leads, including people who fill in your lead-capture form.
- Message data: the campaigns you send, the messages your contacts send back, and delivery information (sent, delivered, read, failed) reported by the messaging providers.
- Channel settings: the credentials you enter to connect your own WhatsApp, email, SMS and RCS accounts. Secrets are never shown back in full.
- Usage & technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent and activity logs used for security and analytics.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the service: storing your contacts, sending the messages you ask us to send through the providers you connect, showing replies and delivery statistics, processing payments and improving the product. We never sell your data and never message your contacts on our own behalf.
3. Your contacts' data
For the contact and message data you upload, your business is the data controller and Branova acts as a processor on your instructions. You are responsible for having consent or another lawful basis to message each contact. Contacts who reply STOP on WhatsApp or use the unsubscribe link in an email are marked unsubscribed and excluded from future campaigns. A contact who wants their data removed can ask your business, or write to us and we will pass the request on.
4. Messaging providers & AI
Messages are sent through accounts that belong to your business: Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API), the email (SMTP) service you connect, the SMS and RCS providers you connect, and Anthropic (Claude) for the AI writer. When you use the AI writer, the brief you type (and, for suggested replies, the recent conversation) is sent to Anthropic to generate the draft. Each provider processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Data isolation
Every business is logically isolated. We do not share one business's data with another.
6. Sub-processors
We use a hosting provider and a payment processor (Razorpay) to operate the service, plus the providers listed above for the channels you choose to connect. See our Data Processing Policy.
7. Your rights
You may access, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your business permanently erases its contacts and message history.
